You Registered for an Account but Are Getting Redirected to the Homepage after Logging In:

As soon as you submit your registration you can actually log in immediately. However, someone on our team must then review your account information and process it. This may take up to a few hours depending on the time of day or if it is a weekend. As soon as we've done so we'll send you an email letting you know that you can log in again and will now see all of the informational available to members.

Problems with the Data Dashboards:

Is the data dashboard not displaying on the page? Try refreshing at least once. Sometimes it takes a refresh to load the page. If it still does not show up, please contact us as there might be a permissions issue with your account that we can fix ASAP. 

If a dashboard is loading on the page but does not seem to be displaying your station's information, please let us know so that we can look into it.
