What is a PDP station and how does it differ from any other station?
The Program Differentiation Plan (PDP) is available to stations that operate in overlapping markets. PDP stations enjoy a reduction in membership dues as a result of their decision to schedule programming that diverges from common carriage. That program is currently under review.
